The monochrome jute and wool collection is designed by Folkform in collaboration with Louis De Poortere
Folkform creates objects that challenge traditional manufacturing techniques. Their pieces are inspired by the Wilton rug, a
type of woven textile developed in 18th century England, which uses a single backing woven around the pile yarn. This blurring
of boundaries is particularly suited to a series of works that can be used as floor pieces or wall decorations, with no distinction
between the two uses.
